Product Description
Unsere Duplex 2205 Bleche mit 8K Spiegelglanz vereinen hohe Festigkeit, ausgezeichnete Reinigbarkeit und überlegene Korrosionsbeständigkeit, speziell entwickelt für die Innenteile von pharmazeutischen Bioreaktoren.
Herausforderung: Austenitische 316L Bioreaktoren haben eine geringere Festigkeit, erfordern dickere Wände und können durch chloridhaltige Reinigungsmittel Lochfraß erleiden.
Lösung: Duplex 2205 bietet höhere Festigkeit (reduziert Wanddicke) und der Spiegelglanz verhindert Biofilm-Bildung. Es widersteht auch Lochfraß durch saure Desinfektionsmittel.

Der 8K Spiegelglanz (Ra ≤0.1µm) minimiert bakterielle Adhäsion. Die Duplex-Mikrostruktur bietet eine hohe Streckgrenze (≥450 MPa) für Druckzyklen.
Für CIP mit >200 ppm Chloriden wählen Sie 2205. Für Hochdruck-Dampfzyklen ist 2507 fester. Stellen Sie die ASME BPE Oberflächenrauheitszertifizierung sicher.
